Speed of Response or Speed of Resolution
Danny Brown raises a great discussion here. However if you never get a response, then you in turn will not get resolution. At least a response from a human being shows there’s someone looking out for you.

Google’s response to Apple's Siri is codenamed Majel
Majel is supposed to be out by end year. It will allow you to use natural language with your Android smartphone or tablet. However Andy Rubin, Senior VP Mobile with Google has said your phone should merely connect you with others and not be a virtual assistant. Siri is a virtual assistant so Google will presumably not match that capability.
Will Ferrell is said to have offered to make videos to promote Old Milwaukee beer for free. Here he is trying to use davenport as an acronym. That’s Davenport, Iowa. Supposedly this has gone viral. You would wonder why from this one.
